About

Couples struggling to get pregnant can feel stressed and isolated and the choices they face can seem overwhelming. Each couple is unique, and Dr. Baker works hand-in-hand with our female reproductive specialists to help couples realize their goals. She thinks it is important to honor the couple's decision, and it has her privilege to help thousands of couples on their journey to grow their families. She has over two decades of experience in microsurgery and uses surgical, medical and lifestyle approaches in her practice.

Clinical Focus and Research

Providing couples with a thorough understanding of the options available to optimize the man's fertility before embarking upon a reproductive plan.

Research interests include using developing tools to help predict a couple's chance of success with reproductive treatment, varicocele and vasectomy reversal outcomes, medical options to improve sperm parameters, and health and lifestyle conditions that impact fertility.
